Our Annual Shows

PHF hosts 3 annual shows and sponsors many events where the kids show case the skills they have acquired

Our first show is our annual show case consisting of many performances like Bhangra, Gidha, Jhummar, Sammi, Luddi, Jindua, Malwai Gidha, Dhammal, Folk Orchestra and Bollywood.

The 2nd show of the year is our summer camp show case where kids who enrolled in our annual summer camp get to present the skills they acquired over the duration of our annual summer camp.

The 3rd show case is our annual interacademy dance competition, where the kids are encouraging to take part in friendly competition with their peers. PHF has taken many teams across Canada and America to participate in international competitions and has been blessed with the opportunity to win many of them.

Beginner Dance classes

Students are introduced to the basics of dance through team building exercises. Coordination, rhythm and tempo are all taught while constructing a step by step dance routine with the students.

Classes

Intermediate Dance Classes

For students with previous experience, this is the perfect fast paced level as they will be able to gain an advanced insight on dance by including props in their dance routines. Students are made able to Underst posture and alignment in further detail.

Advanced Dance Classes

Students are introduced to challenging and complicated techniques and are required to have a considerable amount of previous experience. Longer routines with complex segments and formations are taught with the help of our highly skilled instructors.

Fitness Classes

We also provide fitness dance classes for adults in which our main focus is to keep you fit. It is a great way to get your cardio through a fun filled way. Dancers are taught basic dance routines.
